Advance to a Diploma of Fitness
This course supports the role of a Fitness Centre Manager or Personal Trainer who plans, promotes and controls activities, facilities and resources of a Fitness Centre or Personal Training Studio while still undertaking coaching and fitness instruction.
To Complete the Diploma of Fitness:
1. Complete diploma of Fitness Course
2. Register with one of the national registration bodies (Kinect or Fitness Australia).

How Will I Be Assessed?
The assessment of this subject will consist of the following:
- Theory Workbook - This method of assessment involves short answers questions & activities or assessment tasks that you are required to completed successfully and be deemed competent in.
- Practical Workbook & Workplace Assessment - This method of assessment involves you performing practical tasks and methods of assessment with other coaches/instructors/trainers - that you are required to completed successfully and be deemed competent in. This ranges from observations & assessments (health appraisals) to taking strength and conditioning sessions.
- On-Line Examination - Exams are performed on-line when you have completed associated chapters of your theory workbook. You have an allocated time of 30 minutes to complete these exams and the questions are multiple choice and true or false. You must get 100% each exam, however don't stress you can take as many attempts as you like to complete.
